Customers have been asking us for more organic wines for a while now and until now we did not have a Bio-bubble. So we asked Josep Surriol, owner and winemaker of Papet del Mas (also listed on wijnkado.nl) for advice. And he had an excellent suggestion with this wine, Tarrida, brut. The tasting panel was also quickly convinced and so we can now present this soft-dry, organic Cava.
Grapes: Macabeu: 36%, Parellada: 28%, Xarel-lo: 36%.
