Description
Bodegas Leza García knows how to make Riojas that fit comfortably into today’s modern style and also contain a traditional touch. The family started making wine in the first half of the 20th century and fully professionalised the winery in 1994. The vineyards are privately owned and are located in Rioja Alta, at an altitude of 500-700 metres.
This is a Crianza, which means that the wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels, of which the bars are made of American oak and the ends of the barrels are made of French oak. The wine then matures for at least another 6 months in the bottle in the wine cellars.
