Two wines from Sicily.

White: Made from the local Catarratto grape. Aromatic and floral wine. Juicy, full-fruited, slightly spicy and with an elegant finish.
Presswine 2 of 2020: 3-4 stars or good-very good, “soft and juicy, some acidity, mild finish”.

Red: 100% Nero d’Avola – a grape that mainly grows in the South of Italy: Apulia, Basilicata, Calabria and so here in Sicily. The wine is juicy, full-fruited, slightly spicy and has an elegant aftertaste. Part of the wine matures in used barrels of French and American oak. Certified organic.
