This domain of 7 hectares is owned by Jean Yves Arnaud. He is also technical director at André Lurton, one of the better producers of Bordeaux and owner of Château de la Louvière in Pessac-Léognan, among others. This is a vin blanc moelleux. Plump wine? A semi-sweet dessert wine with a striking complexity. Looks like a Sauternes, but much cheaper. Peach and pear, a hint of anise, softly sweet, a very pleasant wine – great with fruit desserts or – well chilled – as an aperitif.
